THE BEST RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOUTH AWARD 2010
ZTC International has worked and continues to work with prominent clients. One of our recent projects was with well known builder the Brigade Group, one of south India's leading property developers. ZTC International expertise is showcased in the extensive Roof Greenery of Brigade Metropolis which has since been awarded the best Residential Property South in the CNBC AWAAZ CRISIL CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2010. It is Asia’s largest Roof Garden greenery. ZTC International has also designed and executed the extensive water features for this project.
